Service Agreements
Most installations are governed by a written proposal and service agreement that details scope, equipment, pricing, and timeline. The agreement protects both parties and ensures clarity on what is included in your project. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately through written change orders agreed before the new work begins.
Pricing & Payment
Secure 360 Inc. provides transparent, fixed-price proposals after a free site assessment. Pricing reflects equipment, labor, and any required materials, with no hidden fees. For most projects a deposit may be required to secure equipment and schedule labor. We accept standard business payment methods including major credit cards and bank transfers, with terms detailed in your proposal and invoice.
Warranties
Our installations are backed by workmanship warranties, and the equipment we install is covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms, durations, and exclusions are detailed in your service agreement. If you experience an issue covered under warranty, contact us and we will diagnose and repair or replace the affected equipment according to the procedures in your agreement.
Monitoring & Maintenance
Our 24/7 monitoring service includes continuous alarm and video surveillance, rapid emergency dispatch, video verification, and instant mobile notifications, governed by a separate service agreement. Monitoring agreements are typically annual and renew unless canceled according to the terms in your agreement. Maintenance plans include priority response, routine inspections, and discounted repair labor for a recurring fee.
Scheduling & Cancellation
We understand schedules change. Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your installation. Cancellation terms are outlined in your service agreement and typically depend on how far along your project is. If equipment has been ordered or labor scheduled, costs incurred may be non-refundable. We explain any applicable fees before you commit.
Licensing & Liability
Secure 360 Inc. is a fully licensed and insured low-voltage contractor registered with the New York State Department of State. We carry insurance to cover our work, and our liability is limited as described in your service agreement and consistent with applicable New York law. While we design for reliability, no system can guarantee 100 percent uptime; service-level commitments, where applicable, are detailed in your agreement.
